A special thanks to my downline Kim, for this great inspiration. This was one of the make-n-takes at my recent open house to get us into the halloween spirit. We used a basic card in ONLY ORANGE paper, a layer of Whisper White (trimmed to 4 x 5 1/4) and about 7 strips of Whisper White strips (1 x 4). The mummy's eyes are Only Orange, Whisper White and Basic Black circles using Stampin' UP! punches. We sponged Creamy Caramel ink around the edges of the layer and paper strips to make the mummy look a little ragid and make the strips stand out. Adhere the eyes towards the right hand side of the card and then layer the strips along the card front. We also stamped "Happy Halloween" from the set Teeny, Tiny Wishes (featured on page 145 of the Stampin' UP! 2009-2010 Idea Book and Catalogue) on one of the strips but I took this picture before hand, so please use your imagination!
